The incident was purported to have happened in a Tokensoft Discord and to have involved a batch of data that included our user’s personal information. We spent the past month investigating these claims, attempting to verify them, and assessing appropriate remedial actions. What we know: It has become commonplace for people online to create community channels to discuss the work that we do, which we have no control over. The Discord channel in this case was not owned by Tokensoft or any affiliated members. The Discord channel was improperly using Tokensoft trademarks without authorization.
