Um bom papo na mesa do café... e o dia fica até mais gostoso! Além do "pretinho básico"(café) gosto também de bolo. Este bolo é de fubá, feito com fubá da roça que trouxe de Minas. Um bolo simples, fofinho e muito, muito saboroso. A receita é fácil e diferente: Em uma panela faça um angu bem molinho com 1/2 xícara de óleo 1 1/2 xícara de açúcar 2 xícaras de leite 1 pitada de sal e 2 xícaras de fubá se gostar pode acrescentar erva doce Espere esfriar e acrescente 3 ovos e 2 colheres rasas de sopa de fermento em pó. Mexa e leve para assar em forma untada e enfarinha em forno médio Retire do forno e ainda quente polvilhe açúcar e canela (opcional) É irresistivelmente gostoso!!!!
