滕王阁地产_滕王阁地产 官方微博 官方微信 首页 走进滕王阁 新闻中心 品牌文化 开发项目 客户服务 人才战略 厦门滕王阁地产关于《中铁二局集团有限公司关于鹭岛艺术城项目的声明》的回应 中铁二局集团有限公司（以下简称“中铁二局”）于2018年3月12日在官网发布《中铁二局集团有限公司关于鹭岛艺术城项目的声明》，厦门滕王阁房地产开发有限公司（以下简称“滕王阁地产”）回应如下，并对其真实性负责： 一、滕王阁地产没出钱，艺术城就盖好房子了？ 中铁二局声明原文： 滕王阁公司至今未按照"合作合同"的约定履行筹措资金，以及核算、支付拆迁安置资金等义务 滕王阁地产回应： 1.艺术城项目一期含14余万平方米住宅（6栋高层，3栋超高层建筑），3万余平方米商业（9栋底商、6栋院落式商业、成都老戏台与玫瑰艺术厅），均已封顶落架，部分投入使用，每天数百名员工投身于招商、装修、绿化等工作中，以冲刺年底保质保量交房……工程规模如此浩大，难道无需资金投入？莫非土建总承包中铁二局建筑公司是“活雷锋”自行垫资了？若属垫资，中铁二局不是让国有资产流失了么？逻辑上不合理。事实是，滕王阁地产不仅同意了由同基公司第一大股东中铁二局的全资子公司总承包土建工程，还严格遵照协议及时提供了同基公司所需拆迁与建设资金。对此，中铁二局派驻同基公司的所有员工均知晓，无可回避及否认。 2.自2013年签订合同至2016年销售回笼资金前，滕王阁地产累计提供拆迁和开发建设资金超过22亿元。尤为值得注意的是，2013-2014年间，同基公司尚无法取得任何银行贷款，中铁二局遭遇资金压力时，拆迁工作又推进艰难，滕王阁地产依旧遵照协议慨然投入资金达13.26亿元，推进拆迁，并助力中铁二局解围资金之困。6号地块逾期过户14个月，资金沉淀时间也达14个月之久。这不仅仅是合作诚意，更体现了资金实力！前后经过，中铁二局时任高管均知晓，无可回避及否认。 滕王阁地产对同基公司的资金投入，严格遵守相关法律法规及合同约定，并接受专业审计，同基公司开户行（建行成都高新支行、农行成都北站东路支行）有相应记录，中铁二局派驻同基公司财务人员全程见证。欢迎业主及媒体通过合规途径委托专业机构查证，同基公司副总经理薛文庆（13806023350、028-69...
