(Dateline: August 2008) ……there was a late night conversation between Laura and Heather, covering a broad range of topics as per usual, running the gamut to “what are you doing now” to the weather to “when are we getting together again” kind of chat. You see, Laura and Heather have been friends since the beginning of time, well almost, and thanks to our fathers’ going to college together our families regularly got together post-doc to do fun things such as Christmas tree hunting to outings on the sailboat to family dinners.
