Pe vremea asta de multe ori ar merge mai bine o mâncare ușoară cu legume proaspete. Știu ca acum multi dintre prietenii mei or să spună că, totuși, carnea e cea mai bună legumă. Oricum, parca e mai ok să nu pierzi ore în bucătărie, focărind când afara termometrul arata peste treizeci de grade. Din aceste considerente astăzi vreau să vă propun o mâncare ușoară, care nu vă va face să asudați în jurul cuptorului fierbinte. Pastele cu dovlecel e un fel de mâncare simplu de preparat dar foarte gustos și în același timp sățios. Ingredientele sunt puține și deloc scumpe: doi dovlecei potriviți ca mărime, două cepe, o legătură de mărar, ulei de măsline virgin, o jumătate de ceașcă de smântână, sare, piper și ,dacă vă place nițel mai picant, puțin chilli.
