Паб «У Шаха» Saku Toffee Ale Ведущая в Эстонии сакуская пивоварня в последнее время каждую осень выпускает на рынок сезонную новинку. При этом старые продукты тоже не забывает – в итоге на прилавках ежегодно появляется растущее семейство рождественских сортов. В этом году оно пополнилось довольно своеобразным элем. И вновь крепостью в 6%, которая наконец-то так полюбилась эстонским пивоварам, лет десять назад словно избегавшим её, в отличие, например, от литовцев, у которых она всегда была популярна. Напиток тёмно-рубинового цвета, абсолютно прозрачный. Пенится слабо, пена быстро сходит в ноль. Аромат ирисок, с фруктовыми нотками, сквозь которые пробиваются нотки вишни и луговых трав. Вкус карамельно-фруктовый, с тонами ирисок и нотками сливок, вишни и сахара. Тело средней плотности. Послевкусие непродолжительное, в нём становится больше ирисок и вишни, на заднем плане появляются нотки имбиря – и в эту смесь вливаются мягкие ноты алкоголя. Карбонизация низкая, спадает быстро....
