Οι περισσότεροι από εμάς πιεσμένοι από διάφορα οικονομικά, επαγγελματικά, κοινωνικά ή προσωπικά θέματα ή ακόμα και προβλήματα υγείας, προσπαθούμε να αντιμετωπίσουμε αυτά που μας συμβαίνουν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Παράλληλα όμως, όλοι βιώνουμε και επιτυχίες, μικρότερες ή μεγαλύτερες καθώς και χαρές και όμορφες στιγμές. Οι προκλήσεις πολλές, όπως και οι ικανοποιήσεις. Η ζωή είναι στιγμές και το στοίχημά της είναι ο τρόπος διαχείρισης τους. Για αυτό λοιπόν είναι κυρίαρχο το πώς αντιμετωπίζουμε την ζωή.
