(虽然常常失败。。>..< 所以成品没裂开。。 出炉后马上倒扣至凉后才脱模~ ^^ 最重要的是戚风没塌噢!!  看一下切片图,刚开始大小姐还在想为什么会有那么大的洞?? 原来是香蕉在作怪~ ^^  庆祝第一个成功制造出来的戚风~ 马上来顿下午茶high一下~ ^^  香甜的香蕉味儿加上浓郁的巧克力味儿~ 很配哟!! 虽然要自己一个啃完,但真的好好吃!! 由于英文食谱上有很多配料是大小姐家没有的,所以根据现有材料做了修改: 香蕉巧克力戚风 配料A: 蛋黄 4颗,细砂糖 40g,蜀米油 50g,鲜奶 60g,低粉 80g,可可粉 20g,香草精 半茶匙,盐 少许,香蕉泥 120g   配料B: 蛋白 4颗,白醋/柠檬汁 半茶匙,细砂糖 50g 配料A的做法: 1。将蛋黄与砂糖拌匀至砂糖融化 2。加入蜀米油,可可粉,牛奶,香蕉泥后拌匀 3。筛入低粉后拌匀备用 配料B的做法: 1。蛋白加入白醋/柠檬汁搅匀 (我用红苹果醋) 2。加入一半的砂糖搅匀 3。再加入另一半的砂糖打发至尾端挺立 将一半的 配料B (蛋白霜)加入 配料A 中混合,然后再将另一半的 配料B 加入, 由下往上的和匀,倒入戚风模,用170c 预热烘炉然后烘40分钟就成功啦~ ^^ Posted by Vernice Yeo at 5:46 PM 9 comments: Email This BlogThis!
