Σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα, ήταν και η παραλαβή δύο διθέσιων αφων, πλην όμως λόγω κάποιων τεχνικών προβλημάτων η παραλαβή τους θα καθυστερήσει για λίγο, πιθανώς για ένα μήνα περίπου. Υπενθυμίζεται ότι τα αφη αυτά ανήκουν στο πρόγραμμα Peace Xenia IV περιλαμβάνει 20 F-16C και 10 διθέσια F-16D, με κινητήρα F-100-PW-229 της Pratt & Whitney και σύστημα αυτοπροστασίας ASPIS II, για το οποίο εκκρεμούν οι δοκιμές αποδοχής από ελληνικής πλευράς.
