Leave a Comment Recently, I bought some complimentary tickets of the Jay Chou concert. Reason being, I really wanted to catch the concert for the umpteen time (yes yes i know, i’m “crazy”) and i wanted to go with bling bling and some friends whom i know will thoroughly enjoy the concert. Nonetheless, I’m feeling “not too happy” about buying complimentary tickets. I find it distasteful for people to want to sell complimentary tickets and even more abhorable for people to “mark up” the prices of complimentary tickets (eg. the ticket should cost $98, they sell it at $150). Understandably, this is a free market. When there is excess demand, the supplier can use the opportunity to sell at a higher price, but these are FREE tickets.
