This post is to explain it to you, the readers, and to also help me understand what happened. The brief version goes like this: We left for British Columbia in July, 2018. Got our Escape updated and saw 5 National Parks. Two weeks after we returned in September my mom was admitted to the hospital. I became her caregiver, the trustee and POA for my step-father.
