I had optimistically though it was improving on the Monday but instead on the Tuesday woke up in lots of pain and had completely lost any patience. I stormed over to my dentist’s surgery without an appointment and then when I arrived burst into floods of tears (I properly lost it, which was a bit embarrassing, but very effective, who can ignore a crying pregnant woman?).
