Product sales have been discontinued. All products are free Open-Source. Release branch 4.3 (post-production) packages are now available, (Apache-2.0 license). Good News! Packages are back (for now). Future distributions may rely on building from source, avaliable from github.com.wrcad/xictools . See the README file from that link for instructions for building from source. It isn't that hard! More Good News! The new packages contain executables for both GTK and Qt. The long effort to port to Qt is done (except for the inevitable cleanup). The more use this gets, the faster the cleanup!
