Ce nu reiese din acest grafic este faptul că toate accizele pentru următoarele 365 zile sunt calculate, conform legii, echivalent in EURO la cursul de schimb de la 1 Octombrie. Deci din condei ajungem la un curs cu 4-5 % mai mare cu apexul in 1 Octombrie. Poate credeţi că nu înseamnă nimic dar vă spun că toata viaţa noastră este accizată într-un fel sau altul. Asta dacă nu trăiţi în peşteră fără curent electric, gaze, benzină/motorină, etc. Pentru cine nu crede să citească cu atenţie o factură de la electricitate. Cam cât credeţi că reprezintă 5% din 10 miliarde de EURO Ca să cred în coicidenţe ar trebui să cred că aceste coincidenţe se întâmplă an de an.
