My professional experience was definitely a steep learning curb. I was placed with a Year 2 class with 3 identified ‘High Flyers’ which definitely made for an interesting prac with regards to behaviour management. I am trying to look at it in a positive sense that I was lucky enough to face this difficult behaviour whilst I was on Prac and had my mentor to teach me strategies of dealing with said behaviours.
