Dua hari ini gw dan temen2 ODP Mandiri batch 46 dan 47 berkunjung ke kantor2 Mandiri di Jkt – sebagian adl kunjungan wajib, smntr yg bbrp kantor adl kantor buat jd lokasi OJT (On-the-Job Training) tiap2 orang. 24 Maret 2010 kmrn, jdwalnya adl kunjungan ke Call Centre Mandiri (hny salah satu bagian) dan Treasury and Int’l Banking di Plaza Mandiri. Di Contact Centre Mandiri, tiap org di beri kesempatan buat tandem, alias nongkrong di sebelah tiap agent dan ngedengerin telp yg mereka handle, and watching over them taking care of all those complaints.
