A tão aguardada revisão da NR 05 Após diversas outras Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) passarem por revisões no decorrer dos anos, sendo que algumas dessas NRs foram revisadas por mais de uma vez, chegou a vez da Norma Regulamentadora nº 05 (NR-5) – Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes – CIPA, ter o seu texto inteiramente revisado pela Comissão Tripartite Paritária Permanente – CTPP. O novo texto legal, que passa a vigorar a partir do dia 03/01/2022 nos termos da Portaria/MTP nº 422, de 7 de outubro de 2021, tem sua estrutura bem assemelhada a atual versão da NR 05, todavia, alguns pontos relevantes foram alterados.
