La scrittura c’è, ma il contenuto non è reso in maniera accattivante. Un buon romanzo atto a essere pubblicato deve andare oltre la semplice avventura. Le azioni devono essere un pretesto per poter raccontare forza e debolezze dei protagonisti. Emettendo un grugnito animalesco, subito seguito da uno sbuffo carico di nervosismo, Edo richiude la casella di posta. Due anni di duro lavoro sono stati annientati da un banalissimo click . Può anche darsi che la storia sia buona, ma, nella migliore delle ipotesi, andrebbe riscritta da capo, dall’inizio alla fine. Eppure aveva passato in rassegna il romanzo, capitolo per capitolo; l’aveva fatto un’infinità di volte, fino ad accusare un forte senso di nausea, prima di inviare la storia alla casa editrice.
