Jobs are hard to come by for the most qualified applicants, and despite my four years of varied library employment and internship experiences coming out of grad school, it still took me three years to reach the brass ring of full-time employment. But I knew it wouldn’t be easy, and I knew I’d have to hustle. These days, I feel like the ‘woe is me, I can’t get a library job’ spleen is just tired.
