Έτσι με έμαθαν από μικρό παιδί. Κοιτάζω λίγα εκατοστά πέρα από τα παπούτσια μου. Εκεί έπεφτε πάντοτε η ματιά μου. Το μόνο που μπορούσα να δω ήταν οι μύτες από τα παπούτσια των άλλων. Μην κοιτάς παραπάνω, θα απογοητευτείς. Χαμηλά όλοι κοιτάνε, όπως εσύ. Κανείς δεν πρόκειται να κοιτάξει πιο ψηλά, ούτε εσύ. Δεν μπορείς, δεν θέλεις, δεν πρέπει. Έτσι με έμαθαν από μικρό παιδί. Μια μέρα όμως εκεί που περπατούσα βρέθηκε στο δρόμο μου ένα κομμάτι γυαλί. Η ματιά μου έπεσε πάνω του και επάνω της έπεσαν οι ακτίνες του ήλιου. Άπλετο φως άσπρισε το τοπίο και αναγκάστηκα να κάνω αυτό που δεν έπρεπε. Σήκωσα το βλέμμα μου ψηλά αποφεύγοντας την αντανάκλαση. Την πανέμορφη αντανάκλαση. Περιμένοντας να επανέλθει το τοπίο, άρχισα να ανατριχιάζω. Δεν ήξερα καν τι με περίμενε… Ανοίγοντας τα μάτια είδα το γαλάζι...
