Chinese New Year - Ox Year (enak neh Ox-tail Soup, oxtail soup di Es Teler 77 di Melbourne recommended lah..hehe..) chinese new year tahun 2009 sebetulnya jatuh tanggal 26 Januari 2009, bersamaan dengan Australian day. tapi karena bersamaan, makan peringatannya di geser ke minggu berikutnya di bulan Februari (kalo gak salah hehe..) di Melbourne, peringatan tahun baru china dipusatkan di Chinatown - Jalan Little Bourke. yang ditampilkan: barongsai, bakar2x petasan, pernak-pernik china dsb, pokoknya rame lah. apalagi untuk yang suka fotografi mah, saat yang tepat buat motret..;p selain di Chinatown, ternyata ada juga pertunjukkan di halaman Arts Center. btw, Arts Centernya Melbourne ini niatnya mau nyaingi Opera Housnya Sydney biar jadi ikon Australia, tapi tampaknya gak gitu sukses hehe.. pertujukkan hari itu yang paling m...
