Have you ever noticed that a lot of people say thank you, but very few say you're welcome? I notice it a lot in stores. The person selling says thank you and the person buying says thank you. When was the last time you said you're welcome to a sales person? You just bought something. They appreciate it. "You're welcome!" Sometimes it's hard to accept that what we've done is appreciated.
