看護師の仕事、収入、転職方法、恋愛事情、男性看護師の悩み相談など現役看護師に取材！病院での裏話などもひっそりと教えます 看護師の仕事、収入、転職方法、恋愛事情、男性看護師の悩み相談など現役看護師に取材！病院での裏話などもひっそりと教えます 私がこのホームページを作った理由は、看護師という 仕事に以前から興味があり、知人に現役の看護師さん がいてよく話す機会があったからです。 転職して看護師になりたいという友人もいて、私が看護 師の知人がいるので、知っていることを話ていましたが 看護師という仕事に対して、将来性、収入、年齢的な問題 など色々聞かれても詳しく答えることができない部分もあ りました。 看護師といっても看護師と准看護師の２種類があります。 大きな違いは看護師は国家資格ですが、准看護師は国家 資格ではありません。看護師の支持がないと看護できない のも准看護師の特徴です。 そのため看護師のことを正看護師とも呼びます。 資格、知識、給料にも差が出てしまいます。 生涯この仕事をやってみたいと思うのでしたら正看護師 を目指されるほうがよいと思われます。 あと看護師の免許を持っていても途中で辞める人も多く 存在しているそうです。 結婚、出産、理由はさまざまでしょう。 子供を持って仕事をすることは非常に困難だとも思います。 でも看護師の資格を持っていれば、一度出産や結婚で ブランクが出来ても復帰できる環境は多くあります。 この点は国家資格である看護師の強みでもありますので 辞めてしまっている看護師さんにはもう一度機会があれば 看護師不足の現場に復帰していただきたいと、現役の看護師 さんはおっしゃっていました。 私の知人であるＭさんは正看護師です。 そのような話を現役の看護師Ｍさんにインタビューという 形でホームページに載せることができれば、看護師の仕事 に興味がある人のお役に少しでもたてるのではないかとも 思いました。 多忙な中、時間を割いていただいたＭさんには大変感謝 いたしております。 下記は私の姉妹サイトです。 http://ki98727.web.fc2.com/ http://ki98728.web.fc2.com/ ・就職活動で絶対に採用される方法!成功確率90%超...
