تساؤلات فكرية تساؤلات فكرية قصة من الماضي تزعجك .. قل إنها صفحة طويت .. الأحد، يناير 11، 2015 أي حرية نريد ؟ اي حرية نريد ؟ الحريات الأربعة أعلنها الرئيس الأمريكى فرانكلين روزفلت سنة 1941 فى جواب للكونجرس الأمريكى هي حرية التعبير ، حرية العباده ، التحرر من الخوف ،والتحرر من الحاجه. وقد ورد عن الحريات في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان المادة 19. "لكل شخص الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير، ويشمل هذا الحق حرية اعتناق الآراء دون أي تدخل، واستقاء الأنباء والأفكار وتلقيها وإذاعتها بأية وسيلة كانت دون تقيد بالحدود الجغرافية." وجاءت الحرية في الاسلام متمثلة في حرية العبادة والتعبير والحق في الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر . اما الحريات في الدساتير فهي متفاوتة حسب كل دولة ففي بعض الدول العلمانية تأخذ ما ورد في الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان كاملا والبعض الاخر وضعت نصوص للممنوعات اما في دول العالم الثالث فحرية التعبير مقننة ويوجد لها سقف وحد والممنوعات كثيرة . اذاً ،، هناك نوعان اساسيان من حرية التعبير الاول : حرية التعبير المطلقة المتمثلة في الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان ف...
