I have recently signed up for my CILIP chartership and feel that blogging gives me a chance to record my work and reflect on my development. Also within my role at Pennine Acute trust I have just started a blog for library staff to connect, reflect and discuss their work. Since finishing the MA Library and Information Management I have been working hard to get a professional library position.
