Ability 2004 si costituisce legalmente nel novembre 2004, grazie alla tenacia, costanza e coerenza del socio “di riferimento” Vitaliano Ferrajolo che da tempo sentiva l’esigenza sua, ma anche delle persone che intorno a lui si rapportavano, di creare uno strumento operativo teso a rendere effettivo e concreto un diritto che, in questo territorio, troppo spesso è risultato essere solo oggetto di discussioni, convegni e dibattiti: il diritto al lavoro delle persone con disabilità.
