~2009 ~ 從心出發 ~ ~2009 ~ 從心出發 ~ Tuesday, December 12, 2017 成為主管信賴的左右手,溝通時要具備這些大將之風 文 / 林惠荃 享。 只要使用對的溝通技巧,人人都能經營好向上關係。企業領導培訓師 Lolly Daskal 在 Inc. 網站上公開 6 個與上司有效溝通的法則,這些方法甚至能間接培養你的領導能力。 一、解決問題,而不只是報告問題 解決問題的第一步就是千萬別讓自己也成為問題份子。一個會解決問題的人不會去製造危機或轉折,如想向老闆提出問題,請準備好解決方案和策略。有效溝通者都該具備解決問題的能力。 二、在混亂中保持冷靜 當一切事情都亂了套,人很容易失去冷靜。如果你覺得自己平時就很冷靜,那其實也沒什麼,因為真正想脫穎而出、讓老闆看見特質的人,會在混亂時彰顯自我。當其他人忙著表現自己的緊張和發脾氣時,聰明人會保持頭腦清醒,並理智的看待混亂情況。 三、不怪罪他人,不找藉口 人生、事業、名聲都是自己的,如果陷入困境怎麼可以怪別人?此時應該負起責任,問自己做錯什麼?怎麼做比較好?如何防止錯誤再次發生?懂得自我問責的人越來越少,使得擁有此特質的人非常值得被看重。和老闆對話時,先想想自己是否已盡責任,坦承錯誤確實不容易,但把事情牽拖他人或為自己找藉口,只會讓上司更生氣。 四、有禮貌地維持主見 老闆想要員工百分之百服從工作和命令,卻又希望你有主見、會思考?這的確讓人壓力很大。如果你在聽從老闆指示和提出意見之間遇到困難,先在心底設一道界線,界線以內遵從指示,超過就勇敢提出異議,切記準備正當理由、保持禮貌、冷靜和堅定,不要頻頻道歉和辯解。 五、維持上司面子 貶低別人並不會顯得自己比較優秀,尤其當老闆出錯時,此時可以立刻支援老闆,維持住他的面子和尊嚴,老闆將因為這件事增進對你的信任,別忘了上司也是一個值得投資的人脈。 六、保持正向力量 不論是說話、思考和行動,任何時候都要積極尋找正向力量。舉例來說,當同事們都陷入低潮,並持續抱怨不合理的限制,此時別跟著消極抱怨,想想該怎麼突破。問題總該被解決,首先要有一個帶領大家向前的力量,不妨鼓勵自己成為團隊的正向領導者。 Posted by JoYoUs at ...
