Start here .] The first source of reading data I'm looking at is PISA ( Programme for International Student Assessment ), which tests 15 year olds in many countries worldwide in the areas of reading, math, and science. This is a survey done every three years by OECD ( Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ). OECD is a Europe-heavy multinational organization that puts out an astounding amount of analysis and standards via their digital library , much of which is freely accessible.
