Będące w ruchu, a zarazem nadal korzystające z internetu. Zazwyczaj są to osoby aktywnie uczestniczące w społecznościach wirtualnych, tworzących blogi, kręcący filmy, fotografujący. Są też najaktywniejsi w ściąganiu plików w sieci oraz najczęściej dzielą się nimi ze znajomymi w serwisach społecznościowych. Co ciekawe, to oni najczęściej kupują usługi czy treści dostępne on-line. Internet jest też dla nich głównym źródłem wiedzy o świecie. (podczytuję sobie raport z badań - "Obiegi kultury. Społeczna cyrkulacja treści" - pdf str.48). Nie ma tu podziału wiekowego, ale podział na internautów bardzo aktywnych i mniej aktywnych jest mocno widoczny. Czy w Polsce również? Chyba tak.
