I began my birth work as a birth and postpartum doula back in 2009. In all, I've attended over 100 home, birth center, and hospital births. I most recently became certified in the Body Ready Method . I'm a certified D ONA birth doula and an i nfant massage specialist . I've received training as a DONA postpartum doula, ICEA Childbirth Educator, breastfeeding counselor, certified nurse assistant, placenta encapsulation specialist, and in neonatal resuscitation. Parenting has been my life's greatest joy. But, as a new mom, I kept asking myself, "Shouldn't this be easier?" The Lake Bluff Doula is my answer to that question. I hope to make it easier for you!
