Right next to Repton , another small village. I live in Raleigh. It has a fine history and once BOOMED with timber and corn and dairy cattle. Things have changed a lot. Raleigh was once on the Pacific Highway but a motorway now bypasses it and bicycles race along the old Highway. There was a NORCO dairy cooperative factory on the banks of the river. Its still there but a New Zealand company runs it and things have changed.Raleigh is a quiet place and a beautiful one on the river.
