I have been a Headteacher of 3 Welsh-medium Primary schools and at present I have the privilege of starting my 4th, a brand new school, in a new area of Cardiff developing a new school model. It is an extremely exciting opportunity to be at the heart of developing a new community. I have also been a Systems leader, Challenge Adviser, Welsh in Education Standards and Policy Officer and the Leader of Leadership for the Central South Consortium in Wales. I’m passionate about the future of Education in Wales , the Welsh language and of course, the Welsh rugby team! All thoughts and comments represent my own opinion.
