Le mie ricette possono essere prelevate e postate in altri siti, avendo la gentilezza di citare la fonte,e cioe' il mio blog.Grazie. 24 luglio 2020   Il mio pane con curcuma e licoli. Buonissimo!!!!!  Prima volta intaglio.... da migliorare Ingredienti: 200 gr Farro 200 gr 0 200 gr 1 4oo acqua fredda 150 licoli 10 gr curcuma 18 gr sale 6 gr malto 1cucchiaio olio.  Preparazione:   Autolisi con tutta l'acqua per 1 ora. Poi in planetaria e aggiungo gli altri Ingredienti tranne il sale che aggiungo a incordatura avvenuta. Pieghe a 3 ogni 20 minuti. Poi pirlatura, forma e in cesto a t.a per circa 3 ore. Poi frigo (io circa 15 ore). Cottura frig-forno a scalare per 50 minuti(forno a 250 gradi, dopo infornato a 200 per 10 min, poi 200 altri 10 min, poi 180 fino a cottura. Forno statico. 3 volte spruzzato di acqua:subito appena infornato, poi altre 2 ...
