Feeds: Articoli Commenti Lasagne novembre 19, 2020 di Armanda E’ una ricetta , che faccio a casa mia ogni tanto non sono le classiche lasagne bolognese perchè quì loro le fanno verdi ,io invece ,l’ho fatto a modo mio come sempre e ho fatto metà pasta verde e metà gialla erano davvero squisite 5 uova 500 gr di farina 500 gr di spinaci ragù alla bolognese 3 mozzarelle fior di latte 1 litro di besciamella formaggio parmigiano q,b. sale pepe noce moscata ho preparato la pasta con 3 uova , e le altre due ho aggiunto i 500 gr di spinaci frullati crudi e fatto la pasta verde e mettere a riposare almeno 1 ora poi tirarla ,sia gialla che verde e scottarla in acqua salata ,aggiungere un pò di olio Evo e un pugno di sale,appena alza il bollore con la schiumarola, aiutata da un forchettone, messa subito in acq...
