Lafkioui (2007) and freely downloadable on this site is a milestone in Tamazight geolinguistics and comparative linguistics, not only because of its original analytical findings but also because of its pioneering methodological framework, which was needed in order to get valid data of the highly complex Rif Tamazight language continuum (i.e. Tarifit, including Iznasen and Senhaja), which at that time was partially under-resourced and partially endangered.
