Carmen and I went on an Alaskan Cruise from August 16th through the 24 – though it ended up lasting a day longer…. The 1st day was exhausting, a plane flight to Seattle, lugging around too much luggage too far, then finding the shuttle to our hotel. The 2nd day, as we checked out, waiting for the shuttle to the port, two guys were dealing with luggage, perhaps with booking a room. One guy was stroking the back of another guy’s neck, it was obvious they were a gay couple. I couldn’t help but think “I want that”. I’ve realized that I’m a very “touchy-feely” person over the last few years. I need more of that. We left the hotel shortly after, on the (really worn out) shuttle.
