Ingrediente : 2 ouă, 200 g zahăr, 110 g unt topit, vanilie, 4 linguri lapte acru (sau 4 linguri lapte dulce amestecat cu 1 linguriță de oțet), 4 banane coapte, 250 g făină, 2 lingurițe praf de copt, 1 linguriță bicarbonat de sodiu, 1 praf de sare, opțional: nuci, alune de pădure, stafide, merișoare, ciocolată… Mod de preparare : Intr-un bol, se amestecă ouăle cu zahărul, untul topit, vanilia, laptele si bananele pasate și se mixează bine. In alt bol, se amestecă făina, praful de copt, sarea și bicarbonatul. După ce le-am amestecat bine, turnăm peste această compoziție, amestecul cu banane. Amestecăm ușor, doar cât să se omogenizeze.
