Un blog cu retete de tot felul,ilustrate ...dulciuri, aperitive, mancaruri de post si nu numai. vineri, septembrie 30, 2011 Pizza cu blat de ciabatta Am revenit de asta data cu o reteta de pizza nu cu aluat clasic ci cu un aluat de ciabatta, dupa parerea mea a iesit foarte delicioasa pizza :) Nu cu mult timp in urma mi-am achizitionat un cuptor de pizza , practic pizza se coace pe o piatra si iese exact ca una coapta in cuptor cu lemne , sunt foarte multumita mai ales ca e gata foarte repede . Si acum ingredientele : pentru aluat: faina ciabatta ( eu am folosit faina speciala am adaugat doar apa si ulei ) dar puteti inlocui aceasta faina cu una obisnuita 500 g faina 275 ml apa calduta 25 g drojdie proaspata sau 7 g drojdie uscata 2 linguri ulei de masline 1 lingurita sare Pentru topping : acesta il puteti face in functie de preferinte ketchup bacon sunca presata ciuperci proaspete masline mozarella ardei gras oreg...
