Everyone Has A Story… Again – Life goes on. About Bird Call me Bird. Thank you for checking out my website. I started Everyone Has A Story almost nine years ago right before my marriage of 20+ years fell completely apart. It was some hellish couple of years, but surprisingly, I managed to live to talk about it. Actually, thanks to Ambien, vodka, and a hazy month of Benadryl martini’s, I pretty much talked/blogged my way through every sordid moment of it. Embarrassing for me, but some great entertainment for everyone else. I’m now a single, 50-something woman, living in Austin, Texas with my son, William. Besides my writing career, I am presently a branch manager for a staffing agency. My daughter, Rebekkah, married and moved to China, where she has two children now – Ian and Yili – and is a teacher.
