Having finally cleared an impasse re the mainline point rodding (a subject for another occasion), I embarked on some scenic work at Tarawangan. Other factors also have hindered scenic development at the junction, not the least a loss of motivation. Actually, I haven’t run a train since May last year. Anyway, I have made a start – a start, but not quite a completion. Let’s first look at how this scene has been for years. This 2021 photo is the only one I can find of the area between the backscene and the main lines, and I didn’t think to take a photo before I began work (DOH!).
