It’s purpose was simply to replace a length of flexi-track that I used to have on the back of my workbench to stand stock on between working sessions. The amount of waste material generated by track building is something that has always bothered my, particularly moulded plastic rail chairs where the sprue they are on seems to account for most of the material used.
