S op konro adalah salah satu makanan yang suka kita kangenin. Iganya yang empuk dengan kuah yang asam dan pedas. Sop Konro adalah sop Iga khas Makassar yang dimasak dengan kaloa (kluwak). W aktu masih tinggal di Indonesia, tidak pernah kebayang bakalan bikin sendiri, biasanya tinggal beli.. berees. Di Jakarta ada sop konro karebosi di daerah kelapa gading, Di makassar lebih-lebih, bisa nemu dimana-mana. D ulu mama suka marah kalau kita makan di warung sop konro. Kata mama, "kayak raksasa saja. Kalau mau makan konro, beli saja.. nanti pi makan dirumah!". Halaaah... mana seruuu. Mamaku ngga sukanya liat kita makan di warung konro karena di piring penuh dengan iga yg gede, sekitar 4 potong dan belum lagi di bawah meja ada tulang-tulang iga yang berserakan... hihihi. Ka...
