She stopped sleeping. Nights became endless.   She lay awake, night after night, knowing deep down she needed help.   Finally, she went to see her doctor. After a lengthy wait time, she was diagnosed with depression and generalized anxiety disorder. She was terrified – would she be different from her peers for the rest of her life? But hope arrived in the form of a special place her mom discovered – the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
