It Is a physical , real sensation. Am I sick? A great deal has changed since September. I have noticed People at all levels at work say very encouraging things regarding my performance and myself. I am positive now. I feel that I am more effective at home too. Stress levels are lower because my self confidence has grown massively. Cycles of confrontation and anger have started to mutate. There are still occasional glitches, but the norm is different. I also get “the look” from some people when I respond I am feeling amazing to be asked how are you on a Monday morning. It is frown upon by some individuals. Well is too bad. I do not intend to behave differently because of them. Things are already changing, manifestation is already there although I may be missing some opportunities ...
