As I remember her, I am probably exaggerating many of her qualities, but since it’s Mother’s Day Month, why not? My mother, Rosie, was a stay-at-home Mom of the 1950’s and 1960’s. She was cut from the same cloth as Beaver’s mom, June (from Leave it to Beaver) , although she didn’t vacuum the house in pearls and heels. As a matter of fact, she rarely vacuumed the house at all.
