Die Frage ist, wie viel Leben noch in unserer Nahrung steckt. Beide Äpfel waren 7 Wochen alt und sahen aus wie frisch gekauft. Der eine von Alnatura, der andere aus einem türkischen Supermarkt. Ob so ein Apfel noch zum gesunden Humus wird, selbst das ist fraglich. Meine Tochter hat mich etwas beruhigt, es sei immer noch besser, Obst und Gemüse zu essen, als Fleisch von gequälten Tieren.
