On Saturday, “Literary Allsorts” showcased poetry and prose readings. Olivia Fitzsimons was then reading from and discussing her novel The Quiet Whispers Never Stops, before writers Adrian Duncan and Wendy Erskine rounded off the afternoon by discussing ‘The Novel v The Short Story’, comparing and contrasting the two forms and analysing the unique relationship Irish readers and writers have with both....
