LemonGinger Food Blog LemonGinger Food Blog לימון ג'ינג'ר - בלוג האוכל של חני הראל החל משנת 2005 05/10/2024 ממרח חציל ופלפלים בלקני, הבאגט הטוב בפריז ועוד ערב חג , במחלקת הירקות סובב לו ילדון קטן בן פחות משנתיים (קטן משני נכדיי המופלאים) הולך בין לבין מחפש ולא מוצא. ניגשתי ושאלתי אותו האם הוא מחפש את אמא שלו. הילדון הינהן בראשו היפה. "תן לי יד, נחפש אותה יחד, אשמור עליך עד שנמצא אותה". מיד נתן יד וחיפשנו. "אל תדאג" הוספתי, הרים ראשו, נתן לי חיוך מבוייש והידק את כף ידו בשלי !. ילדון זהוב שיער, פיאות, לבוש חגיגי, יפיפה להתאהב בו. המשכנו הלאה לעומקה של החנות ולפתע ראיתי אותה אוחזת עגלה ותינוק קטנטנן שוכב בה, מביטה לכל עבר בדאגה. שאלתי אותה האם הילדון שלה.. אמרה שכן, ותודה רבה. "יש לך ילד נפלא מתוק מאוד". במבטא צרפתי הוסיפה שהילדון תמיד ככה.. צריך לחפש אחריו... הילדון הביט בי שוב, "הבטחתי לך!". מבטו היה מתוק ומבין. שובה לב. ממרח/מטבל בלקני אג'וואר מעדן עז טעם מחציל ופלפלים קלויים באש, בתוספת שום, שמן זית וקורט חמיצות. בחצי האי הבלקני מכינים את המט...
