Ekim ayının başından beri farklı bal kabağı tarifleri yapmayı istiyordum ama hem istediğim gibi küçük bal kabaklarını bulamadım hem de bal kabağını tatlı dışında yapmaya biraz cesaret edemedim. Tuzlu olarak çok alışkın olduğumuz bir tat olmadığı için yeni bir tarif ortaya çıkarması da kolay olmadı. LEZZET TESTİ Bu nedenle kolay ve hafif birşeyler deneyerek başlamaya karar verdim: kahvaltı için bir tost ve salata. Sonuç harika oldu, hiç ummadığım kadar beğendim diyebilirim.
