I’ve just had surgery on my left knee to re-align the patella and it’s going to be a very long road to recovery, especially as this is the ninth time (yes, that’s nine ) the surgeons have been in there! I thought I’d keep a record here of all that’s going on and it might be useful/helpful/encouraging to someone else (as well as keeping me entertained).
